Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of confirmed booking will be treated as follows:

  • No refund of advance payment will be given to all cancellation effected within 30 days prior to the check in date
  • 50% refund of advance payment will be issued after deducting the sending charges if cancellation is effected from 30-45 days prior to the check in date.
  • No Show/Early Departure: No refund will be made.
  • Any double payment made by mistake using the payment gateway will be transfered back to the senders account after deducting the sending charge using the same payment mode with in 30 days of the receipt.
  • On cancellation of the booking and in accordance with our cancellation policy if any refund has to be made it will be done after deducting the sending charges and after optaining the permisiion from the concerned bank with in the period stated above to the senders account only.
  • The time period for the refund to the senders account will be subjected to the banking laws and we appologise for any inconvieneience caused to the delay in the refund.
  • Management of the Mitra Hermitage Ayurveda Hospital cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss of the refund.
